If a brand cannot fully disclose what’s in their formula, we do not include it.

We prioritize naturally scented or essential-oil-based formulas, but we understand that some brands use crafted fragrance oils.  We follow EWG Verified guidelines specific to fragrance, which prioritize:

     •    Low exposure risk

    •    All aroma components are fully transparent and disclosed

    •    It is verified to be free from phthalates, parabens, endocrine disruptors, carcinogens, and known irritants

✔ Free From Our Core “No-Go” Ingredient List

Products must be formulated without:

    •    Parabens

    •    Phthalates

    •    Synthetic fragrance/parfum (undisclosed)

    •    Sodium Lauryl/Laureth Sulfate (SLS/SLES)

    •    Polyethylene Glycols (PEGs)

    •    Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives

    •    Triclosan / Triclocarban

    •    Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, and other chemical sunscreen actives

    •    Artificial dyes & unnecessary fillers
