At Low-Tox Living Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully curate and pack each box to bring you the best in clean, low-tox living — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds
Because many of our items are personal care and consumable products, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Subscription Boxes
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes and limited seasonal products, all subscription box sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a box has shipped.
If an item in your box is damaged or missing, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a store credit when appropriate.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or update your subscription, please do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
