Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Low Tox Living Co., some products may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. The details below outline how each purchase type works through our Shopify store and how you can change or cancel your order.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, your order will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency and billing cycle you select at checkout.

Billing & Payment Storage

  • Shopify securely stores your payment method through our payment processor.

  • You will be automatically billed for each recurring order unless you choose to pay upfront (if available).

  • You authorize us to charge your stored payment method for future subscription renewals.

Managing, Updating, or Canceling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time.

  • Your subscription management link is included in your order confirmation email or subscription email sent by Shopify or our subscription app.

  • Changes made after your next billing date may apply to the following cycle.

Auto-Renewal

Some subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items that are out of stock or coming soon.

Billing

Depending on the pre-order setup:

  • You may be charged immediately,

  • You may be charged a partial deposit, or

  • Your payment method may be secured/authorized now and charged later when the item ships (depending on Shopify payment gateway rules).

All payment methods are securely stored by Shopify’s checkout system.

Canceling a Pre-Order

  • You may cancel a pre-order any time before the order is fulfilled (before it has shipped).

  • If your pre-order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Try-Before-You-Buy (if enabled in Shopify)

For eligible products, you may choose a try-before-you-buy purchase option.

How It Works

  • Shopify securely authorizes your payment method at checkout, but you are not charged immediately.

  • You have a trial period specified on the product page.

  • If you keep the item, Shopify will automatically charge the authorized payment method at the end of the trial period.

Canceling or Returning

  • To avoid being charged, you must return the item within the trial period following our Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • If the item is not returned by the end of the trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically.
