Our commitment to accessibility

Low-Tox Living Co is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, and other assistive technologies. We want every visitor to be able to learn about low-tox living, browse our boxes and products, and manage a subscription with ease.

Standards we work toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Our site is built on a theme designed for accessibility, and we regularly review key pages for things like descriptive image text, clear headings, keyboard operability, visible focus, and sufficient color contrast.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some parts of our site are provided by third-party services (for example, our subscription builder, customer portal, checkout, and email sign-up), and we work with those providers to improve their accessibility. We review our own pages each season and fix issues as we find them.
