Low-Tox Living Co ("we," "us," or "our") provides low-tox living subscription boxes, products, partner-brand Marketplace products, and educational content. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any purchases, subscriptions, and related services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of others. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.

3. Products and descriptions

  • We work hard to select safe, thoughtfully made products, but products are provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding health benefits, effectiveness, or safety.
  • You are responsible for reading labels, checking ingredients, and considering personal allergies or sensitivities before use.
  • Actual products may vary from images due to seasonal availability, supplier updates, or other factors.
  • We may modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Orders and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars; payment is due at checkout through our third-party payment providers.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorized activity, or a pricing or stock error.
  • We are not liable for payment-processing errors caused by third-party providers.

5. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions bill automatically each season and renew until cancelled. Renewal dates, pausing, and cancellation are described in our Cancellation Policy.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and payment information current.
  • No refunds are issued for missed shipments or unclaimed boxes.
  • There is no cancellation fee. You may manage, pause, or cancel your subscription from your account or by emailing info@lowtoxlivingco.com before your next billing date.

6. Shipping

  • We ship to the United States and Canada only.
  • Shipping timelines, rates, and carriers are described in our Shipping Policy.
  • Once a package ships, responsibility transfers to the carrier. We're not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues, but we'll always try to help.

7. Marketplace

Marketplace products are sold and shipped directly by independent partner brands. Each brand sets its own shipping rates and return policy. We vet the brands we feature but are not the manufacturer of Marketplace products.

8. Returns and refunds

  • Most products are final sale due to the personal-care nature of our items.
  • Refunds are provided only as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, logos, graphics, and designs — belongs to Low-Tox Living Co and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

10. Health disclaimer

11. Limitation of liability
