Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
No refunds are issued for missed shipments or unclaimed boxes.
If a subscription is canceled prior to completing a full year (four quarterly boxes), a one-time fee of $9.99 will be charged.
You may manage, modify, or pause your subscription through your account or by contacting support at lowtoxlivinghq@gmail.com before your next billing date.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States & Canada only.
Shipping timelines, rates, and carriers are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
Once a package is shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the carrier.
Low-Tox Living Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, or weather-related issues.

7. Returns & Refunds

Most products are final sale due to the personal care nature of our items.
Refunds are only provided as outlined in our Refund Policy.
We are not responsible for customer dissatisfaction or improper product use.
