Shipping Policy

We pack every order ourselves and want your low-tox swaps to reach you quickly and safely. Here's how shipping works.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States (all 50 states and U.S. territories) and Canada.

Processing and delivery times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, weather, and busy seasons.

Shipping rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $99 of Low-Tox Living Co products. Marketplace items are excluded (see below).
  • Canadian orders pay the carrier rate shown at checkout and may be subject to duties or taxes on arrival, which are the customer's responsibility.

Subscription boxes

Seasonal subscription boxes ship four times a year, shortly after each renewal (September 2, December 2, March 2, and June 2). You'll get an email each time your box is on its way.

Marketplace items

Marketplace products are made and shipped directly by our partner brands, so they ship separately from your box or add-ons and are not eligible for free shipping. Each brand sets its own shipping rate, shown at checkout; ordering from more than one brand may mean more than one shipping charge.

Carriers

We ship primarily via USPS and UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery timeline for your order.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your package arrives damaged or something is missing or incorrect, email info@lowtoxlivingco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address or carrier error, but we'll always do our best to help you locate your order.
